Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram for a Financial Analyst specializing in clearance and settlement on an international scale. The role involves analyzing financial statements, preparing financial reports, supporting financial planning processes, and harnessing analytical skills to assist in decision-making. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will ensure compliance with clearing and settlement operations, maintain financial accuracy, and provide valuable insights to optimize financial performance. Qualifications • Strong Financial Planning and Financial Reporting expertise • Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and managing general Finance operations • Exceptional Analytical Skills to support data interpretation and decision-making • Attention to accuracy and detail in managing financial data • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Familiarity with international financial regulations and settlement processes is a plus • Proven ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills
