Job Description:• Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare and manage financial forecasts. Assist in the creation and maintenance of annual budgets for various business units • Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgeted figures. Identify, explain, and report variances, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement. • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profitability, cost & revenue analysis. Provide clear and actionable insights to senior management and other stakeholders. • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing) to gather key data, understand business drivers, and offer financial insights to support strategic decisions. • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms. Look for efficiencies and automation opportunities to enhance the FP&A function. • Data Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and performance tracking. Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning for business initiatives. • Revenue Analysis: Deep-dive analysis of new business, renewals, churn, and expansion across product lines or customer. • Business Partnering: Collaborating with PMO, Project Managers and other relevant teams to align on revenue assumptions, risks, and opportunities Requirement :• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis, reporting, and modelling.Experience working in or with SaaS technology-driven organizations.• Understanding of AI concepts and tools.• Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle challenges head-on.• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, changing environment.• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools. Familiarity with financial planning tool like EPM, SBO, Power BI is an advantage.
