JOB SUMMARY As the Financial Analyst, you will be a crucial member of our Finance Team, responsible for assisting with financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your focus will be on generating financial reports, conducting data analysis, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. Essential Duties: • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and generation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify financial trends, variances, and anomalies, providing insights for management decision-making. • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. • Budget Analysis: Collaborate with the finance team to analyze budget vs. actual performance.
