Location: Gurgaon (On-site / Hybrid) Experience: 2–4 years Joining: Immediate preferred Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Financial Analyst who questions assumptions before trusting them. The role involves building, reviewing, and stress-testing financial feasibility models across different real estate asset classes, energy projects, and alternative assets. Key Responsibilities Financial Modeling & Analysis • Build end-to-end financial models (IRR, NPV, Payback, Sensitivity) from scratch • Develop real estate feasibility models (residential, commercial, mixed-use) • Create scenario & sensitivity analysis • Perform deal-level financial evaluation and return benchmarking Sector Exposure • Real estate project modelling across different asset classes (CAPEX, construction phasing, sales/leasing cashflows) • Exposure to energy/ infrastructure/ oil & gas financial frameworks (basic) • Support evaluation of new age/ alternative investments (incl. digital assets) Investment Support • Assist in investment decision memos • Prepare Excel-based dashboards and summary outputs for senior management • Validate assumptions using market data and comparable projects Data & Process • Maintain clean, structured, auditable Excel models • Create standardized financial templates over time • Coordinate with internal teams for inputs and clarifications Required Skills & Qualification • 2–4 years of experience in financial modeling/ investment analysis • Strong command over Excel (formulas, scenarios, structured modeling) • Clear understanding of: • IRR / NPV / cash flow waterfalls • Project finance logic • Basic valuation principles • Ability to independently build and explain a model Good to Have (Not Mandatory) • Experience in real estate/ infrastructure/ healthcare projects • MBA (Finance), CFA Level I/II, or equivalent exposure • Familiarity with PowerPoint investment decks • Curious mindset towards new asset classes (energy, crypto, etc.)
