Job description Financial Analyst Company: WEChartered Consultancy Private Limited Location: Gurugram Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite About the Role WEChartered is looking for skilled and analytical Financial Analysts with a strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, market research, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will work closely on client-facing mandates, bringing accuracy to financial analysis, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities • Perform detailed financial analysis of companies, sectors, and client portfolios. • Update, review, and validate data on S&P Capital IQ and other financial platforms. • Prepare and maintain monthly, weekly, and quarterly reports for internal and client use. • Develop and refine financial models, including projections, valuations, and scenario analysis. • Contribute to portfolio management, monitoring performance and preparing insights. • Conduct business research, including industry studies, market trends, benchmarking, and comparative analysis. • Carry out market research, data mining, business intelligence, and financial valuation tasks. Core Competencies & Skills Required • Strong understanding of fundamental analysis. • Proficiency in financial modelling. • Expertise in Advanced Excel. • Strong research & data analysis skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. Eligibility & Pre-Requisites • Experience: 2 – 3 years in financial analysis, research, valuation, or related roles. • Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, PGDM Finance. • Immediate joiners or notice period less than/equal to 1 month preferred. • Must be willing to work onsite from Gurugram. • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
