About the role: LRN is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support the Financial Planning & Analysis team while acting as a key financial partner to the Operations and Technology teams. Requirements What you’ll do: Operations & Technology Partnership • Act as a financial liaison to the Operations and Technology teams, helping translate financial activity to improve business outcomes. • Assist in helping operational leaders understand workflows, productivity metrics, and provide visibility into their monthly expenditures. • Provide ongoing KPIs and analytics related to staff utilization, efficiency, and timing of their expenses. Financial Reporting • Support the FP&A Manager with month-end close activities, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods. • Assist in preparing monthly management reporting packages and executive summaries. Data & Analytics • Help build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports for operations and finance stakeholders. • Analyze trends in staffing, performance, and operational costs to identify risks and opportunities. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial and operational reporting. • Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and better data visualization. What we're looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business • 3-5 Years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, consulting with strong accounting background. • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling basics) • Solid understanding of financial statements and variance analysis. • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
