What You Will Be Doing: • Conducting detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, to support business unit performance and strategic planning. • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support decision-making processes. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics. • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in financial analysis and reporting. Your Profile: • Should be qualified CA or CMA • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools, such as Excel, with experience in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) being a plus. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
