Required Skills and Qualifications - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. - Strong understanding of financial statements, credit risk concepts, and data analysis. - Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and basic financial modeling. - Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or data visualization tools is an advantage. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Experience - No prior experience required; internship or academic project experience in finance, accounting, or analytics is a plus.
