Job Title: Financial Analyst – US Real Estate Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite) Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (US Business Hours) Experience: 2+ Years Job Overview We are hiring a Financial Analyst – US Real Estate with mandatory experience in real estate valuation, financial modeling, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will support US-based real estate assets, providing detailed financial analysis, investment insights, and performance reporting. Strong analytical ability combined with excellent communication skills is essential for interacting with internal and US stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Perform financial analysis and financial modeling for US real estate assets including commercial and residential properties • Conduct US real estate valuations using DCF, IRR, NPV, Cap Rate, NOI, and Comparable Market Analysis • Analyze and manage real estate portfolios, tracking asset-level and portfolio-level performance • Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections for US properties • Review and analyze rent rolls, lease abstracts, operating statements, and CAM reconciliations • Support investment underwriting, acquisitions, and disposition analysis • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for US stakeholders • Present financial insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to management • Monitor market trends, interest rates, and real estate performance indicators • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. Experience Requirements • 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst • Mandatory experience in Real Estate, preferably US real estate exposure • Hands-on experience in valuation, portfolio analysis, and financial reporting
