Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and performance metrics to inform business decisions. Develop and maintain financial models (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to provide accurate forecasting and scenario planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and support strategic initiatives. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts that align with organizational objectives. Monitor budget variances and provide insights to management to optimize resource allocation. Support the development of financial dashboards and analytics tools to enhance decision-making. Data Analysis & Insights: Interpret data trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to inform business decisions. Develop and maintain financial databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Business Support: Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects. Review financial performance of departments and products to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies through regular audits and reviews. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and organized financial records to facilitate audits and regulatory requirements. Prepare documentation for financial transactions and processes to ensure transparency and accountability. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of governance and risk management.
