Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and proven ability to evaluate processes and controls. Good organizational and project management skills, ability to work independently and establish priorities. High ethical standards. Good interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal, written and presentation communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel (knowledge of creating macros a plus). Comfortable implementing and assimilating to change within this growing team. Maintain knowledge of current information technology and auditing practices through continuing professional education. Highly motivated with ability to meet deadlines and ensure quality in every aspect of assigned work. Review and analyse payment transactions to identify potentially fraudulent activities. Implement and maintain fraud detection tools and techniques. Monitor daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare summary reports on payment review activities, highlighting any discrepancies or areas of concern. Prepare SOC1 external audit support, as needed. Flexible with Shifts.
