Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Counsellor (IVF) based in Noida. The Financial Counsellor will be responsible for guiding patients through financial options, assisting with insurance verification, and providing detailed estimates for procedures and treatments. The role includes helping patients understand payment options, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring patients receive exceptional customer service regarding their financial queries. Other responsibilities entail collaborating with the medical and administrative team to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial processes. Qualifications • Proficiency in Financial Counseling and knowledge in Finance • Experience with Insurance Verification and understanding of Medical Terminology • Strong Customer Service skills with a patient-centric approach • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and proficiency in using financial management software • Prior experience in the healthcare or fertility industry is a plus • Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
