Missions/Main Duties • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and accounting for urban infrastructure projects. • Develop project structuring and financing strategies, particularly for metro rail and mass rapid transit systems. • Prepare project appraisals, financial models, and cost control mechanisms. Manage project financing, scheduling, and financial closure activities. • Conduct risk assessments and implement financial risk management strategies. • Provide financial analysis and advisory support to ensure project viability. • Coordinate with stakeholders, government agencies, and financial institutions for project funding and approvals. • Supervise the finance team and ensure timely delivery of financial reports and documentation. Profile/Skills • MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / ICWAI. • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in planning, budgeting, accounting, financing, project structuring, and financing in transport/urban infrastructure projects. • At least 10 years of relevant experience in metro rail systems/railways. • Served as Financial Expert in at least 3 MRTS projects in urban areas.
