Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Literacy Trainer, based in Coimbatore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Literacy Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting financial literacy training sessions, creating educational materials, and tailoring instructional strategies to meet diverse learner needs. The role also involves assessing the progress of participants, staying updated on financial education trends, and providing actionable feedback to enhance understanding. Qualifications • Proficiency in Finance and Financial Planning principles. • Strong Training and Teaching skills to deliver engaging and effective sessions. • Accounting knowledge and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Proven experience as a trainer, teacher, or facilitator in a financial literacy or similar domain. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Education, or a related field. • Passion for educating others and promoting financial literacy. • Adaptability to work in both in-person and remote setups.
