I am seeking a freelancer to support the development of a lean Excel-based Cost of Equity (COE) modelling framework. The task involves building a simple but well-structured financial model that can estimate Cost of Equity across a small set of jurisdictions using a practical build-up approach. The deliverable should include: • A core COE calculation engine • A WACC module that integrates the COE ... output • Basic dashboards to visualise results • Scenario testing capability for key assumptions • Clear documentation of assumptions and model logic • A brief walkthrough/training session on how the model works The emphasis is on clarity, structure, and practical usability, rather than overly complex modelling. Candidates with backgrounds in banking, economics, corporate finance, or investment analysis are particularly encouraged to apply.
