1. ABOUT YOG INFRA YOG INFRA is an infrastructure focused financial advisory firm committed to help drive sustainable economic growth driven through infrastructure development. We work extensively with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and Private Sector as our clients. The firm provides financial advisory services to global clients across various infrastructure sectors like power, renewable energy, water & waste management, transport, urban & social infrastructure. 2. POSITION SUMMARY YOG INFRA is seeking to appoint a FINANCIAL MODELLING EXPERT on PART-TIME basis to help deliver PPP infrastructure project transactions and assignments across various infrastructure sectors as per project requirements. You will be significantly involved in PPP Transaction Advisory mandates and client management activities for the firm. 3. RESPONSIBILITIES • Support clients in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and Transaction Advisory mandates • Develop and audit complex financial models by analysing and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis • Support in modelling related takss for debt and equity finance raise for infrastructure projects, including interactions with clients, lenders/ investors, valuation etc. • Strong financial modelling skills (including knowledge of VBA/ macros), so as to develop complex financial models from scratch • Experience in preparing client presentations and reports in infrastructure sector 4. QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE • Master’s degree in Business in Finance (MBA – Finance) or equivalent (CA/ CFA along with Bachelor's degree) • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Financial Modelling for infrastructure projects across Asia. • Experience of working with a financial modelling firm would be an asset 5. PROFESSIONAL FEE • The professional fee for this position shall be based on relevant experience and committed days during a month. • The candidate is expected to commit 8-10 man-days during a month on average.
