Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Operations Manager. This position will require expertise in financial planning and control, as well as strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies for multiple entities. Oversee accounting and taxation functions to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions to secure funding and credit facilities. Prioritize forecasting and budgeting to ensure timely funding for all entities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting and taxation, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. In addition, they should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing finances, ensuring timely funding, securing working capital financing, asset financing, bank guarantees/credit facilities, overseeing accounts payable, purchase accounting, vendor payments, forecasting, ensuring compliance with Direct & Indirect taxes, maintaining statutory records, preparing budgets, ensuring budgetary control via variance/trend analysis, delivering MIS reports and other financial reports to stakeholders. Requirements: Hands-on experience in accounting & taxation with a qualified certification. Prior experience in a similar role or industry with at least 2 years.
