We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, and ensure compliance with US accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting experience in the staffing industry, proficiency in QuickBooks, and exceptional analytical and communication skills. This role is responsible for managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations. The successful candidate will utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and generate financial reports. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with US accounting principles and the specific needs of a staffing firm. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations. Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and generate financial reports. Ensure compliance with US accounting principles and the specific needs of a staffing firm. Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with the HR team to manage consultant payments. Collaborate with the US finance team to handle month-end and year-end closing activities. Provide financial insights and support for budgeting and forecasting.
