As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional, your role will involve turning data into actionable business insights. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and strategic reporting. Some key responsibilities include: - Financial model preparation and scenario analysis - Monthly MIS and management reporting - Budgeting, forecasting, and business plan preparation - Conducting Budget vs Forecast vs Actual analysis - Analyzing cost variance and revenue variance - Monitoring and reporting key financial KPIs - Creating monthly performance reports and dashboards To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills: - Robust experience in FP&A, budgeting, and financial analysis - Mandatory advanced Excel proficiency - Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills - Ability to effectively present financial insights to leadership teams Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Com (Hons) Mandatory - MBA (Finance) or CA (Inter) / ICWA Preferred - 6-10 years of relevant experience Join our team in Kolkata (Work from Office) if you are an experienced FP&A professional with 8-12 years of experience and a passion for driving financial strategies and insights.
