Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (CA). The role involves leading financial planning and analysis processes, developing and managing budgets, conducting financial modeling, and performing periodic forecasting. The manager will analyze financial performance, assess key business metrics, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring financial objectives are met is a key aspect of the role. Qualifications: • Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting • Advanced Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial Modeling • Solid background in Finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis • Professional certification as a CA (Chartered Accountant) is required • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Proficient in utilizing financial software and tools • Experience in the luxury or retail industry is a plus
