Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in a professional services or client-facing role. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. • Experience working with US-based clients or CPA firms is a plus.
