Role Overview HXN Group is seeking a Financial Representative to support day-to-day financial & procurement finance operations, analysis, coordination, and reporting. This role involves working closely with management, finance professionals, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial tracking, decision support, and compliance in a remote/hybrid working environment. This role is initially a fully remote & night shift, with a preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities • Corporate Finance & Audit support including financial reporting, forecasting, general ledger accuracy, audit preparation, and cash flow tracking • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the company • Expense and revenue analysis to support business planning and strategic decision-making • Track accounts payable/receivable and cashflow to maintain accurate financial health records • Procurement finance support including vendor coordination, cost comparisons, and supplier-related financial documentation • Personal finance management support for executives or clients, including tracking income, expenses, and investment records • Stakeholder coordination with accountants, bankers, auditors, and financial advisors • Assist with tax planning, documentation, and filing coordination • Maintain organized financial records and documentation • Support management with financial insights and reporting • Assist operations team in providing support for Billing & Inventory Management. Key Requirements • Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and expense management • High Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Sheets • High attention to detail and confidentiality • Strong communication and coordination skills • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup Preferred Skills • Understanding of accounting, financial management & AI tools • Open to learn on audit processes or compliance documentation • Willing to work closely with external financial stakeholders What We Offer • Fully remote working opportunity • Exposure to real-world corporate and operational finance • Certificate of Experience / Letter of Recommendation based on performance • Opportunity for long-term or expanded role based on performance Interested candidates can apply by sharing their resume & cover letter on info@hxnbuildingdepot.ca
