Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily financial services operations and ensure efficiency and accuracy Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and industry standards Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making Manage relationships with clients, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies Lead, train, and evaluate financial services staff Improve service delivery and customer satisfaction Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred Proven experience in financial services or financial management Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Work Environment: Office-based with standard business hours May require interaction with external clients and regulatory agencies.
