In financial operations at PwC, you will specialise in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organisations. Your work will involve assessing financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement solutions to streamline financial operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. You will be responsible for providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. Job Overview In this role, you will work with PwC and client team members throughout the entire implementation life cycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, and change management, go-live and post production support. Knowledge Preferred: The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of OneStream, Regulatory reporting and Financial Close Process. • Good knowledge in OneStream • Good implementation experience on Multi GAAP and Multi currency applications • Responsible for building best practices within planning, forecasting, consolidation and reporting processes and implementing new performance reporting, planning, forecasting and Consolidation processes within the OneStream • Good understanding of intercompany elimination, consolidation adjustments, ownership accounting • Ability to design metadata, configure security and write VB.Net business rules • Good understanding of Quick View and Reporting • Good to have understanding of Data Integration, Reconciliation, SQL, etc Job Requirements The candidate should be able to demonstrate abilities and proven success in end-to-end implementation of OneStream CPM/EPM projects: • Proficiency in understanding business requirements and translating them into OneStream solution • Responsible for building best practices within financial close and consolidation, FP&A processes and reporting • 2-4 years of experience in OneStream with at least 1-2 end-to-end project experience. • Good understanding of the entire Financial Close Process at standalone and group level • Functional knowledge of Consolidation and FP&A in order to guide business users and help them during the financial close process. • Develop various reports (One Stream Cube Views and Excel Add-in) and dashboards as needed. • Ability to build prototype “proof of concept” applications within the OneStream platform • Transforming FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) from excel based to technology supported (OneStream) integrated planning • Good communication and detailing skills
