As a Financial Systems Developer, you have a great opportunity to join the team with a focus on maintaining and enhancing Planning Analytics (TM1) models. Your role will involve testing, monitoring performance, addressing user support issues, and building financial and managerial reports using business intelligence reporting tools. Having knowledge of databases, ETL tools, and a basic understanding of business and financial processes is essential. Experience in media and advertising is considered a plus. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Building and maintaining TM1 Rules, Turbo Integrator processes, cubes, dimensions, and automation of data loads. - Updating and troubleshooting TM1 security models. - Collaborating with the Planning Analytics Systems Manager. - Working with business users and system administrators to develop and refine solutions. - Integrating Planning Analytics as a data source for business analytics reporting. - Maintaining data models, testing and validating results. - Acting as the first line of support for user issues. - Monitoring system performance. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Experience as a hands-on developer of TM1 (Planning Analytics). - Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge. - Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI is a plus. - Solid business judgment and an understanding of finance and financial processes. - Experience with databases and ETL tools. - Ability to compare and validate data sets, absorb and present complex ideas quickly and accurately. - Capability to gather and analyze end user requirements. - Adherence to tight deadlines.
