About the job

Key Responsibilities: • Engage directly with customers to understand and gather functional and technical requirements. • Conduct detailed requirement discussions and provide appropriate functional and technical solutions. • Prepare comprehensive requirement documentation and functional specification documents. • Collaborate with development teams to explain requirements clearly and ensure accurate implementation. • Track and monitor development progress, ensuring deliverables meet business and technical expectations. • Support customer testing, issue resolution, and deployment phases as needed. • Coordinate with the customer teams to understand the details of any incidents raised, analyze and coordinate with the technical teams to get the incidents fixed. • Do internal test of the fixes before releasing the fixes to the customer. • Be responsible for overall functional requirements in the project. Required Skills & Experience: • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Flexcube (functional and technical). • Strong understanding of Flexcube modules, architecture, and integration points. • Proven ability to interact with business users and technical teams effectively. • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and project tracking. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in banking domain projects. • Familiarity with Oracle technologies supporting Flexcube.
