About Us At Hancod, we’re building Duxbe — an AI-powered ERP & POS system designed for small businesses across India and beyond. We ship clean UI, fast code, and features that matter. Off-screen, we smash Jenga blocks, play badminton, and constantly level up. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ERP features: inventory, accounting, GST, sales, reports, etc. • Build apps using Flutter (Web + Mobile) with Clean Architecture and Riverpod. • Create reusable UI components and responsive, user-friendly screens. • Implement efficient offline and local data handling. • Integrate Supabase, Firebase, or REST APIs with focus on security and performance. • Work closely with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver features quickly and reliably. Requirements • 1+ year experience in Flutter development with real-world projects. • Experience in ERP or accounting modules (invoices, ledgers, taxes, etc.). • Strong knowledge of Riverpod and Clean Architecture. • Experience with Supabase or similar backend systems; strong API integration skills. • Good understanding of clean, maintainable code and modern UI/UX practices.
