The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include planning and managing menus, coordinating staff schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The Manager will also be involved in managing budgets, analyzing sales trends, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Qualifications • Expertise in Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Operations, and Inventory Management • Strong experience in Team Leadership, Staff Training, and Scheduling • Knowledge of Food Safety Standards, Hygiene Protocols, and Health Regulations • Ability to create and manage Budgets, execute Cost Control, and analyze Sales Data • Strong Communication, Problem-solving, and Organizational skills • Customer Service focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer literacy • Previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field is an advantage
