Experience: 2–5 years Tech: Python, Django, JavaScript, LLMs About the Role We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who is first and foremost a strong full-stack software engineer, and is excited to build production-grade Voice AI systems for real customers. This is not a research, prompt-only, or low-code AI role. As an FDE, you’ll work closely with customers, Sales, and internal ... product teams to design, build, deploy, and iterate on Voice AI solutions that run reliably in production. What You’ll Do • Work directly with customers to understand workflows and business requirements • Partner with Sales on demos, solutioning, and system design • Build and own backend services using Python and Django • Develop APIs, integrations, background jobs, and production workflows • Build basic frontend interfaces using JavaScript / React where required • Integrate enterprise tools such as CRMs, ERPs, scheduling, and telephony systems • Implement LLM-based workflows and prompt logic inside real systems • Deploy, monitor, debug, and continuously improve production Voice AI agents • Travel to customer locations when needed to accelerate deployments What We’re Looking For (Must-Have) • 2–5 years of professional software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django (required) • Experience building and owning backend APIs and system integrations • Working knowledge of JavaScript / frontend frameworks (basic is sufficient) • Experience applying LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflows in production • Comfortable working in customer-facing roles (demos, iteration, delivery) • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, or vector databases Nice to Have • Experience with FastAPI, Celery, Redis, Docker, AWS/GCP • Experience working with Voice AI systems (ASR, TTS, real-time constraints) • 👉 This experience significantly improves selection chances This Role Is Not for You If • You’re looking for a research-only or data science role • Your experience is primarily low-code / no-code • You’ve only worked on internal or academic projects • You’re a fresher or have internship-heavy experience
