Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in New Delhi for the role of Founder Office - Multi-Functional. The individual will work closely with the founder on diverse strategic, operational, sales, marketing and tactical initiatives. Responsibilities include business development, market research, managing internal projects, optimizing processes, and representing the founder in crucial meetings and discussions as required. The role requires versatility, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to tackle challenges and contribute to business growth. Qualifications • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational strategy skills • Strong project management, multitasking, and execution capabilities • Proficiency in business development, market research, and stakeholder collaboration • Effective written and oral communication skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work proactively and independently • Familiarity with fintech, B2B marketplaces, or technology-driven business models is a plus • Background in business, management, or a related field is preferable.
