As the Founder’s Office Associate, you won't be an "employee"—you will be the Founder’s right hand. You will see how a business is built from 0 to 1 and 1 to 100. This is a high-octane, "CEO-in-training" role designed for those who want to run their own company one day. Your Playground (The Role) You will wear multiple hats, often in the same hour. Your goal is simple: Maximize the Founder’s reach and accelerate company growth. • The Strategist: You’ll help design the roadmap for our AgriTech and E-commerce verticals. You’ll turn "What if?" into "Here’s the plan." • The Capital Hunter: You will lead the charge on fundraising, from pitching to VCs to navigating Startup India and NABARD grants. You’ll be the master of our Pitch Decks and Financial Models. • The Growth Hacker: You’ll work with the marketing team to optimize CAC and ROAS. If a campaign isn't working, you'll be the one to figure out why. • The Fixer (Ops): You’ll bridge the gap between our Delhi growth hub and our Patna supply chain. When things break in logistics or packing, you find the solution. • The Shadow: You’ll represent the Founder in high-stakes meetings, negotiate with vendors, and manage confidential special projects. Who You Are (The "Vibe Check") • The Hustler: You don't wait for instructions. You see a problem and own the solution. • The Storyteller: You can build a deck that makes investors want to write a check and write emails that people actually want to read. • The Data Nerd: You love Excel and dashboards. You make decisions based on numbers, not "vibes." • Experience: 1–3 years in a startup, VC, or consulting. (If you’re a fresh grad with an insane portfolio of projects/internships, we still want to talk). • The Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in chaos. The Villkart Challenge: 1-Page Strategy Teardown The Context: India has over 400 GI-tagged products—from Shahi Litchi to Bhagalpuri Silk. Most stay local. We want to take them global. Your Task: Don’t send us a boring cover letter. We won’t read it. Instead, send us a 2-Page PDF (or a 5-slide deck) answering the following: 1. Pick Your Hero Product Select one specific product from India that you believe has "Unicorn potential" in the D2C or Export market. 2. The "0 to 1" Growth Hack If you had a budget of ₹2 Lakhs and 30 days, how would you get this product into the hands of 1,000 premium customers of India? (Be specific: Channels? Messaging? Pricing? Location? GTM? Partnership?) 3. The "Rural-to-Urban" Logic Briefly outline the biggest supply chain hurdle in moving this product from the farm to a customer’s doorstep and one tech-led solution to fix it. 4. The "Founder’s Query" What is the one reason this business vertical might fail in the next 12 months, and how would you "pivot" to save it.
