About the Role We are hiring a Founder's Office Associate – Operations & Strategy to work directly with the COO and Founder, supporting business operations, process excellence, strategic execution, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Operations & Process Management • Implement, document, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across HR, Finance, Legal, and Admin • Conduct process audits, documentation reviews, and operational assessments • Maintain a centralized SOP and policy repository • Support process standardization across multiple business entities Strategy Execution & Reporting • Track KPIs, OKRs, and strategic initiatives through dashboards and reports • Follow up on cross-department action items and ensure accountability • Support task prioritization, execution tracking, and ad-hoc task governance Legal & Compliance Support • Prepare and manage legal and compliance documentation • Assist with internal compliance reviews and risk assessments • Support corporate actions including restructuring, subsidiary management, and investor onboarding Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Management, or related field • 0–2 years of experience in operations, business support, consulting, legal support, or administration • Strong documentation, structuring, and process management skills • High attention to detail and execution discipline • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Nice to Have • Exposure to Founder's Office, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Chief of Staff roles • Experience with SOP creation, compliance, audits, or internal controls • Advanced Excel / reporting / documentation tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills Career Growth This role offers a structured growth path toward strategic leadership roles, including Chief of Staff, Business Operations Manager, or Strategy & Operations Lead, based on performance.
