Job Description — Founder’s Office / Growth Office We are looking for a dynamic and high-ownership individual to work closely with the Founder and leadership team, driving initiatives that accelerate brand growth, strategic partnerships, and market positioning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, agile, and strong in execution—capable of representing the organization across events, nurturing communities, and supporting high-impact initiatives across departments. Key Responsibilities • Work directly with the Founder on strategic growth initiatives and brand expansion plans • Build and nurture high-value relationships with clients, partners, investors, and industry leaders • Organize, coordinate, and represent the company at events, conferences, CEO roundtables, and networking forums • Drive internal & external communication to strengthen brand morale, culture, and business visibility • Manage WhatsApp and community-based nurturing funnels and engagement initiatives • Track performance metrics, collect insights, and prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for decision making • Conduct research on market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to align brand positioning with revenue goals Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • 1–3 years of experience in growth, business development, marketing, public relations, or consulting • Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination capabilities • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines • CRM & digital content tools experience preferred • Event planning or community-building experience is a strong advantage
