Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, design-passionate, and culture-aware individual to join us as an Intern, working directly in the Founder's Office. This is an exceptional opportunity to get hands-on experience in every facet of a startup—from product conceptualization and design input to brand strategy and community building. As the Founder's Office Intern, you will be the right hand to the founder, immersed in the heart of our startup's creative and operational engine. You will gain unparalleled, 360-degree exposure to what it takes to build the Pride of North East Brand from scratch. Note: This is an urgent requirement for an individual who thrives under extreme pressure. We are explicitly seeking a Risk-Taker who is prepared to manage a heavy workload and the inherent stress of a high-velocity startup environment. If you seek a comfort and predictable experience, this is not the role for you. Key Responsibilities Your days will be dynamic and varied, directly contributing to EIMIGO's growth. Your core responsibilities will span three critical areas: 1. Product Design & Technical Development (Core Focus) - This is a hands-on design role. You will own the process of turning cultural inspiration into a market-ready shoe. - Footwear Design for Production: You will be the one to design the shoes for production. - Developing conceptual sketches and translating them into polished technical flats and design specs ready for manufacturer review. - Creating detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensuring designs are technically viable for mass production. - Advanced Research & Innovation: Conduct deep-dive research into global footwear trends, technical materials, performance features, and construction methods to ensure EIMIGO's products are innovative. - Visual Storytelling & Aesthetics: Ensure every design is visually appealing and captivates the audience, translating the cultural narrative into modern, commercially successful footwear styles. 2. High-Impact Branding & Compelling Storytelling - You will contribute to shaping EIMIGO's market presence through visually stunning and narratively rich content. - Visual Content Mastery & Curation: Help create and curate high-impact, scroll-stopping visual content (photos, videos, graphics) for all channels. The content must immediately trigger curiosity and interest, showcasing the shoes and the culture they represent. - Brand Value Creation & Narrative: Develop and execute concepts that build brand value by crafting compelling stories about the design process, the cultural inspiration, and the brand's community, ensuring consistency across all platforms. - Content Production Lead: Assist in planning and executing content production (Ads, photoshoots, and video shoots). Ensure every output professionally represents the brand and its core values while being optimized for performance marketing.
