Role Overview: • As a member of the Founders’ Team at ITILITE, you will drive high impact, high priority cross-functional initiatives critical to the company’s growth. • The role offers an opportunity to work with key functions including Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, Supply, and Finance. • You will have significant autonomy to identify priorities, decide action plans, and execute them effectively (independently as also in collaboration with different teams). • Within the first year, we expect you to manage teams and own their performance outcomes. • The likely projects in the first six months would focus on Customer Success. Career Trajectory & Scope: Here’s what our current Founders' team members are working on: Hitesh Awtaney, Director Founder’s Team → ex-Founder, 5+ years at ITILITE • 4 promotions in 5.5 yrs • 0-1 leading Supply, Business Finance // 30% uptick in revenue • 10-100 in Customer Experience // Scaled operations to 4x in 5 months • 10-100 in demand generation // 40% drop in Cost per opportunity • Currently leading demand generation, and profitability for the US business Mrinal Ganapathy, Associate Director Founder’s Team → ex-Cred, 3+ years at ITILITE • 3 promotions in 3 yrs • 1-10 leading Customer experience & analytics // 30% uptick in revenue • 0-1 leading Customer Success for a new geo // 10x revenue in a year • 1-10 setting up Intent as a channel for lead generation // 25% uptick in pipeline • Currently leading US Customer Success, and partnerships for the US business Arsh Aggarwal, India business head → ex-Founder, 1+ year at ITILITE • 10-100 in Demand Generation // 200% growth in outbound pipeline • 10-100 in Sales // 30% revenue uptick from new accounts • 1-10 in Customer Success // 15% revenue growth from existing accounts • Currently leading growth and P&L for ITILITE's India Business Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: At least 3 years of experience, with at least 1+ years in similar roles in high growth startups.
