Build a field-ready monitoring app that tracks individual tree growth (e.g., DBH, height, survival), captures geo-tagged photos, works offline, and syncs to a central dashboard. Develop carbon-sequestration tools that convert growth data into CO₂e (species/site-specific models), include baselines and uncertainty, and export registry-compatible reports. Create an AI chatbot that answers carbon standards requirements (VCS/Gold Standard), guides data entry/QC, and auto-generates project documents (PDDs, monitoring reports) and audit reports with citations and an audit trail. Ensure clean data pipelines, QA/QC, versioning, and role-based access so outputs are audit-ready end-to-end. Collaborate with forestry/MRV teams to translate field protocols into product features and iterate quickly with pilot users.
