Pls check out our website and our competitors and if you don’t WANT equity after your research then we are probably not a good fit Role Description This is a remote full-time role for a Founding AI Engineer at Alchemic. You will be responsible for: • Develop Features – Build and ship new features using Python/Angular. • Frontend – Create scalable UI in Angular. • Backend & APIs – Design data pipelines, integrations, and backend services on Flask and Mongo. • AI/ML – Collaborate on training, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and deploying models. • Product Ownership – Take ideas from spec to production and work closely with founders.

Qualifications

• Strong Python/Angular/Mongo skills
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
