They’re built city by city. Responsibilities You will shape how your city experiences Arranged Dating. You will: • Build a community that values intention over impulse • Create spaces online and offline where dating feels thoughtful, not performative • Host conversations that bring nuance back into modern love • Bring together people who are serious about how they show up in relationships • Drive high-quality signups rooted in belief, not hype • Protect the tone and philosophy of HumansHere locally • Translate cultural signals from your city back to the founding team You are influencing how people date. You're influencing how your city dates. You will be accountable for: • The quality of growth in your city • The emotional depth of the community • The way HumansHere is perceived culturally • The energy and integrity of every activation This is high agency.
