AlgoKart is building a risk-first algorithmic trading platform for Indian retail users. We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join us at the earliest stage and help build the core product and platform from scratch. What you’ll do • Build and own core frontend + backend systems • Shape platform architecture and engineering standards • Work closely with the founder on product and technical decisions • Build reliable, production-grade systems in a regulated domain What we’re looking for • Strong full-stack or backend engineering skills • Comfortable with ownership, ambiguity, and zero-to-one builds • Builder mindset; interest in fintech or complex systems is a plus Compensation • Equity-only at current stage • Meaningful ownership • Salary planned post-funding • This is a true founding role, not a contract or intern position.
