About the job

Responsibilities • Backend Development: Build systems for real-time payments, wallet management, and reconciliation using Golang, Node.js (Express + TypeScript), and PostgreSQL. • Frontend Development: Develop enterprise-grade user interfaces with React and TypeScript. • API and SDK Development: Create APIs and SDKs for seamless integration with enterprise systems. • Cloud Infrastructure: Set up and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS / GCP. • DevOps & Reliability: Set up CI / CD, monitoring, logging, and testing frameworks to ensure stable deployments. • Payment Integration: Work with third-party providers like Stripe Connect for secure, reliable payment flows. • System Ownership: Lead technical projects from architecture to deployment. • Security Best Practices: Ensure secure coding, data handling, and compliance with relevant financial standards. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the founder and other stakeholders to define product direction and user experience. Requirements • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience. • Solid experience building scalable systems with Golang, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. • Proficient with React and TypeScript for frontend development. • Experience with AWS / GCP, containerization, and secure system design. • Strong understanding of API development and system scalability. • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a startup environment. Nice To Have • FinTech background. • POS system integrations. • Startup experience (0-1 products).
