🚀 Looking for a Founding Engineer / Tech Co-Founder I’m building trybaz — a try-before-you-buy commerce platform fixing one of the biggest problems in online shopping: fit, trust, and returns. This is not a job post. This is a co-founder level opportunity. I’m a non-tech founder handling vision, brands, ops, and execution. I’m looking for a founding engineer who wants to own the tech, not just write code — someone who wants to build something meaningful from zero. What we’re building: • At-home product trials (fashion first) • Deep trial + rejection data brands don’t get today • An ops-heavy, real-world system (not just another app) What I’m offering: • 8–10% equity (ESOP) • 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff • Minimal stipend initially (enough to survive, not market salary) • Market salary after seed round • Real ownership and decision-making power • Path to CTO role Who this is for: • 2–3 years of dev experience or equivalent self-taught • Comfortable with ambiguity • Wants long-term upside over short-term comfort • Builder mindset: “I want to create, not just execute” Who this is NOT for: • People looking only for salary • People uncomfortable with early-stage uncertainty • People who want instructions instead of ownership I’m not promising an easy journey.
