Role Description As a Founding Frontend Engineer at Bujo AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our innovative AI-driven platform. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining responsive user interfaces, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement intuitive and seamless designs. You will also work on improving the performance, accessibility, and usability of the platform, while ensuring high-quality code through best practices. Qualifications • Strong proficiency in core Frontend Development tools: React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Experience with UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and creating intuitive user interfaces. • Knowledge of modern frontend development practices, including state management frameworks (e.g., Redux) and component-based architecture. • Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git, with an understanding of collaborative, agile workflows. • Solid understanding of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility concerns. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders. • Experience working on highly scalable web platforms or startup environments is a plus. • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
