About the job
The role is on-ground in Rohtak and owns the full customer journey: deployment → training → adoption → support → expansion. What you’ll do: • Lead school rollouts end-to-end: discovery, configuration, data setup, go-live • Set up communication automations (incl. WhatsApp message workflows) and role access controls • Train admins + teachers with simple SOPs and practical workshops • Run support operations and coordinate fixes with the tech team • Track adoption KPIs, collect feedback, and convert it into crisp requirements • Enable growth workflows (enquiries, follow-ups, basic reporting) Who should apply: • Based in Rohtak (or can relocate immediately) • Strong Hindi + English communication; confident with principals/teachers • High ownership; can run multiple schools independently • Comfortable with Sheets/Excel + WhatsApp + dashboards 90-day outcomes: • 1–3 successful go-lives with high satisfaction • Daily teacher usage on key workflows • A repeatable onboarding + training playbook that scales.
