Applications are considered only via the Google Form 👉 https://forms.gle/Cjw9v5vjZBjhebd18 Founding Product Manager – Wattr.ai (Chandigarh Tricity) • ₹18–36 LPA (base) + ₹25–50L ESOPs • Founding role | Hardware + AI + Platform | Real-world impact Why This Role Will Excite You • Build a zero-to-one product solving India’s water crisis • Own the full stack: field sensors → AI → government dashboards • Work directly with the founder on high-conviction decisions • Create measurable national impact, not just features • Clear path to Head of Product / CPO Founder’s Note • We’re not building software for vanity metrics • We’re building systems that decide how water flows across cities and farms • The tech works — what we need now is a product leader who can convert complexity into clarity and action • If you care about ownership, outcomes, and building something that truly matters, you’ll feel at home here Company Mission & Context • Wattr.ai is a deep-tech startup building the digital nervous system for water infrastructure • Recognized by the Government of India for innovation in water management • Mission: solve India’s water crisis within the next 5 years • Proven deployments, clear roadmap, massive scale ahead Role Overview • Senior / Founding Product Manager role • End-to-end ownership across hardware, AI, and platform • Translate real-world water data into action and policy • This is not a feature-factory PM role Key Responsibilities • Deep user discovery with field teams and government stakeholders • Own AI + edge vs cloud roadmap with outcome metrics • Build products suited for B2G adoption: reliability, compliance, trust • Design feedback loops that change water-usage behavior • Measure success via impact: water saved, response time, cost reduced What You Might Work On • Decide what intelligence runs on-device vs in the cloud • Design dashboards officials actually act on • Convert policy and tender needs into product capabilities • Prove water loss reduction in real pilots using data • Turn sensor data into trusted, decision-ready insights Required Skill Stack • Strong systems thinking across hardware, software, and humans • Experience with IoT / AI-led / data-heavy products • Comfortable working with engineers, data teams, and non-tech users • Ability to model impact, ROI, and unit economics • Startup or early-stage experience preferred • Excellent communication and storytelling skills Tools & Tech Environment (Exposure Level) • IoT sensors, edge devices, cloud data pipelines • AI/ML systems for anomaly detection and prediction • Dashboards, analytics, GIS & reporting tools • Agile product tools, OKRs, and experimentation Growth Path • Founding PM → Head of Product → CPO • Long-term ownership and ESOP-driven upside • Opportunity to help build a decacorn-scale impact company Who Should NOT Apply • Looking for a pure SaaS or UI-only PM role • Uncomfortable with ambiguity or government ecosystems • Prefer predefined roadmaps over problem discovery • Not interested in long-term ownership or ESOP upside If this feels bigger than a typical PM role — that’s intentional.
