About The Role This isn''''t your typical product marketing role. We''''re looking for a founding product marketer who will define Our voice in the market, build our entire customer and product marketing engine from scratch, and own how we tell our story across every channel: website, product launches, sales enablement, customer advocacy, competitive positioning, and beyond. We''''re NOT looking for someone to "manage" messaging or execute someone else''''s strategy. If you need a big team, established playbooks, or endless approvals, this isn''''t the role for you. If you''''re a high agency, self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and knows how to turn customer insights into campaigns that drive pipeline and adoption, you''''ll thrive here. Core Responsibilities • Define Our positioning and messaging across all customer-facing channels and translate technical AI capabilities into compelling benefits for sales leaders and procurement teams • Build our customer marketing engine from zero to one: case studies, video testimonials, customer success stories, website, events, and advocacy programs that showcase ROI and turn customers into vocal champions • Drive the GTM strategy for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion—from launch plans to repeatable playbooks that drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption across target segments • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create high-impact enablement resources (battle cards, pitch decks, competitive positioning, objection handling) that help reps sell effectively at every stage of the funnel • Analyze competitive landscape and the rapidly evolving AI market to continuously refine positioning, track win/loss data, and create competitive intelligence frameworks • Build scalable measurement systems to track what resonates across campaigns and channels—monitoring GTM metrics like pipeline influence, sales cycle impact, win rates, and content effectiveness Traits of the Right Candidate You''''re a great fit if you have: • Drive to work in a high agency, high growth role with the best in the industry. • 4+ years of product marketing, customer marketing, or growth marketing experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS startup or high-growth company • Exceptional storytelling ability - you can translate complex AI/technical features into clear, compelling customer benefits that drive action • Experience with sales enablement - you know how to create assets that help sellers sell (battle cards, competitive intel, demo flows, ROI calculators) • Background in sales tech, AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, or procurement software - you understand the space and can speak the language • Bonus points if you have one or more: Experience in RFP/proposal software and/or solutions consulting • Background in AI/ML product marketing or selling to sales leadership • Experience with content production (video, webinars, customer events) • Background working in early-stage startups (seed to Series B) • Experience with performance marketing How to apply for this opportunity? • Step 1: Click On Apply!
