What you’ll own: • Production RAG : hybrid retrieval (vector + keyword / BM25 + structured filters), chunking / metadata / ACLs, reranking, freshness and reindexing • Grounded outputs : citations first, confidence scoring, hallucination controls, prompt injection resistance • Eval + reliability : eval harnesses and regression suites, monitoring and tracing, cost / latency budgets and caching You’re a fit if you’ve… • Shipped RAG / search / LLM systems in production and can explain the tradeoffs you made • Built with measurement and failure modes in mind (evals, staleness, permissions, retries)
