As a Foundry Supervisor, you will oversee daily foundry operations, including supervision of production processes, ensuring safety standards, and managing workforce schedules. Your responsibilities will include monitoring equipment efficiency, maintaining quality control, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing material usage. Additionally, you will work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Qualifications• Experience in supervising foundry production processes, material handling, and equipment maintenance. • Strong understanding of quality control standards, safety protocols, and foundry industry regulations. • Proficiency in production scheduling, workflow planning, and workforce management. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement continuous improvement strategies effectively. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the manufacturing or foundry sector preferred. • Relevant technical qualification or degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering is advantageous. • Familiarity with software or tools used in production scheduling and inventory management is a plus.
