FP&A Analyst

Seeking a highly analytical individual to join our finance team as an FP&A Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in evaluating strategic financial decisions across the organization by leveraging your strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to conduct detailed variance analysis on revenues, expenses, and margins for both prior year and budget comparisons across multiple entities and on a consolidated basis. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for senior leaders. Analyze data to highlight actionable insights and support informed business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data transformation from NetSuite and Odoo is accurate and integrated across reports. Develop and maintain financial reporting processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Create reporting dashboards using PowerBI to help visualize performance and drive business outcomes. Aid in the creation and management of the annual budget. Provide ad-hoc analysis as required by the finance team.
