Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and proactive FP&A Analyst/ Finance Business Partner to join our Data Center business unit team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing forecasts, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic planning initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and IT, to provide financial clarity for one of our fastest-growing business segments. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: • Analyze financial performance across Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, identifying trends in sales and operating costs to provide clear, actionable recommendations to business leadership. • Develop and manage comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against plan and clearly explaining all variances to key stakeholders. • Ensure compliance and improve reporting related to Rent Roll (Renewable Volume / Contract Inventory), including the accurate tracking of contracts, inventory levels, and external reporting requirements. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably in a technology, infrastructure, or data center environment. • Strong knowledge of financial modeling principles with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google sheets. • Proven ability in strategic analysis, working with large datasets, and presenting complex financial data clearly to support business decisions.
