Job Title: FP&A Lead Sector: Logistic Department: Finance Qualification: ACCA/ SemiCA/ CA/ CMA/ MBA Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune Experience Required: 5+ Years in Financial Planning & Analysis (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce) About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Lead to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis for our fast-paced courier logistics business. The role requires close coordination with business and operational teams to support data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Forecasting • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles • Develop financial models to support strategic business initiatives 2. Business Finance & Performance Analysis • Partner with business and operations teams to provide financial insights and cost benefit analyses • Track KPIs related to delivery costs, route efficiency, and operational productivity 3. MIS & Reporting • Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for leadership • Analyze variances against budgets/forecasts and provide actionable insights 4. Cost Control & Optimization • Identify cost-saving opportunities across delivery operations, warehousing, and third-party logistics • Support initiatives to improve financial efficiency and margin improvement 5. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with senior leadership, operations, procurement, and tech teams to align finance with business goals Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CMA/MBA preferred) • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A or Business Finance • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) • Prior experience in a logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain environment is a plus • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
